End of the Fantasy

A) Wizards and Dragons
B) Swimsuit Model
C) Football

Three decades ago I would have said, “A”.
Two decades “B”.
Today? It’s gotta be “C”.

So it’s a sad day when all the fun comes to a screeching halt. In our main league—The Breakfast Club—I lead all season only to fall flat come playoffs time. Sounds like last year. Heck, sounds like the Philadelphia Eagles.

On to the backup league! It was the battle of titans. #1 vs. #2. Ali vs. Fraser. Serena vs. Venus… er, okay maybe not. I was the underdog, but thanks to lackluster performances by every single one of my players except LT the Wunderkind, I fell to some cocky college kid. Second place isn’t so bad?
