Youth Drinking, Smoking Down

Survey shows that 12th graders drinking is down to 44% from 52.9% in 1992—smoking down to 1.3% from 4.7. Still problematic numbers, but good news nonetheless, that is, except for the increase in pot smoking. Two out of three isn’t too bad, right?
