Out-of-Wedlock Births Dropping

The District of Columbia, Texas, Maryland and Colorado are rewarded for improvement.

Washington, D.C., Colorado, Maryland and Texas will receive bonuses of $20 million from the federal government for reducing out-of-wedlock births over a two-year period.
