Long-shot Wins PGA
Part of the American mythos is rooting for the underdog. Well yesterday, that dream paid off for unheralded Shaun Micheel. His first PGA Tour victory was a major—the PGA Championship. Micheel ended with, “To have my name on that trophy, I don’t really know what I’m thinking right now.” Americans everywhere are thinking, “Way to go!”
