Needing a par on the 72nd hole, his dead-aim second shot from the rough landed only inches from the cup, assuring his victory. Micheel ended with, “To have my name on that trophy, I don’t really know what I’m thinking right now.” Americans everywhere are thinking, “Way to go!”
