Detroit Mayor Says, “We’re #1!”

Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick says their city is doing the best job of dealing with the blackout problem because they were the first to contribute a plan under the direction of the newly formed Homeland Security department. Now the blackout is an opportunity for the citizens of Detroit to show what they’re made of. Sounds like something a mayor would say. Kinda reminds me of the Scouts motto, “Be prepared.”
